Nobody can buy a spot or a higher score. Our order is just what we liked.

Tested on normal phones

We check how games run on mid-range hardware, because that's what most people own.

Emberfall Saga
RPG

Emberfall Saga

★★★★★ 4.6

Emberfall Saga surprised me. I expected another auto-battler dressed as an RPG, but this one asks you to think. Battles are turn-based, party positioning matters, and enemy patterns change enough that you can't coast on one strategy.

  • Real tactical depth in fights
  • Story worth reading, not skipping
  • Runs smoothly on older phones

Questions & answers

How do you choose which games to review?

We mostly follow our own curiosity, picking small or unusual titles across every genre. There's no sponsor list telling us what to cover. If something looks interesting and someone on the team wants to play it, it gets added to the queue.

Do developers pay you for reviews?

No. Nobody pays for a review or a score, and we don't accept money to rank a game higher. Our take on Big Bass Fishin, for example, came from a week of playing it on our own, not from any arrangement with its makers.

Can I suggest a game for you to cover?

Absolutely, and we read every suggestion. Send us the name and a link through our contact email. We can't promise to cover everything, but genuinely interesting picks tend to move up our list.

Are there ads on the site?

We keep the site light and don't run intrusive advertising. If that ever changes we'll be upfront about it. For now it's just us writing about games we played.
